I’ve taught partner dances for years (Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba) and watched how music + movement unlock courage. After students kept asking for a class that centered their expression—solo, sensual, and strong—Heels kept calling. This class is my love letter to women who lead companies, families, and communities… and deserve a weekly hour to lead themselves back to joy.

What to expect
Format: Warm-up → Drills → Combo → Cool-down
Shoes: Heels with ankle support or dance booties; flats/sneakers OK
Clothing: Sexy + comfortable; wear what makes you feel amazing
Hair: Down, if possible (we’ll use it!)
Safety: Knee pads recommended on floorwork days; mods offered
