What is a Heels class?

A guided choreography + movement class (heels optional for true beginners) that blends musicality, posture, sensuality, and stage-ready confidence.

  • Foundations: walks, weight transfer, lines
  • Musicality & timing
  • Optional floorwork with modifications
  • Confidence coaching: presence, eye line, performance mindset

Elyse’s story

I’ve taught partner dances for years (Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba) and watched how music + movement unlock courage. After students kept asking for a class that centered their expression—solo, sensual, and strong—Heels kept calling. This class is my love letter to women who lead companies, families, and communities… and deserve a weekly hour to lead themselves back to joy.

What you’ll get

  • Stronger alignment, balance, & lines
  • A repeatable warm-up & drill set
  • A new combo each week + optional performance polish
  • Video recap when appropriate & practice tips
  • A community that cheers loudly for you

What to expect

  • Format: Warm-up → Drills → Combo → Cool-down
  • Shoes: Heels with ankle support or dance booties; flats/sneakers OK
  • Clothing: Sexy + comfortable; wear what makes you feel amazing
  • Hair: Down, if possible (we’ll use it!)
  • Safety: Knee pads recommended on floorwork days; mods offered
